JLand, the real estate arm of Johor Corp (JCorp), was outlining its expansion plans at its rebranding event.
JCorp president and chief executive officer Datuk Syed Mohamed Syed Ibrahim, who is also JLand chairman, said JLand has “to raise the bar” by building innovative and sustainable projects. “We must be innovative; it’s not an option. It is imperative that we must quickly and earnestly embrace and deploy proptech in our operations,” he said.
JLand projects include the 11.2ha Tebing@Bandar Tiram, which will replicate the success of Tebing at Bandar Dato’ Onn. — Bernama
